11000 DWT CHEMICAL / OIL TANKER - Wright International Ltd is proud to have such a versatile and well built 11,000 DWT OIL / CHEMICAL TANKER type IMO11 for sale at this time in its construction. Manufactured in China to BV or CCS Class, this vessel at 11,000 Tonnes deadweight with unrestricted navigation and with ice Class B status, allowing companies all over the world to consider using it where and when required.
Designed and built to carry a Cargo with a flash point of less than 60 Deg C with a max relative density (SG) 1.2T/m3. At just over 130m in length powered by a Yanmar 8 cylinder engine and capable of carrying its Cargo and its 22 of a Crew at 12.76 Knots anywhere in the world. As you know Yanmar is the preferred engine manufacturer for these Chemical tankers as they have a well proven track record for reliability. Spares are readily available in almost every port in the world and servicing is no problem as the in line 8 cylinder engine with its 330mm bore x 440mm stroke does over 12 knots at just 620 rpm. This makes it very fuel efficient and this vessel has over 3000 N Mile range as a result.

MAIN ENGINE
Wright International Ltd is working in close partnership with the yards in China and as a result we have been able to bring this and many more quality vessels to the market. Engines are always an emotive subject as the reliability of the vessels usually means the reliability of the engines. That is why this yard is taking no chances here. Yanmar is the preferred engine manufacturer for these Chemical tankers as they have a well proven track record for reliability. Spares are readily available in almost every port in the world and servicing is no problem as the in line 8 cylinder YANMAR 8N330 ¨CEN Zibo engine with its 330mm bore x 440mm stroke delivering 3310KW ( 4440 BHP) does over 12 knots at just 620 rpm. This makes it very fuel efficient and this vessel has over 3000 N Mile range as a result.

The propeller using aluminium bronze fixed pitch propeller. Diameter of the propeller about 4.601m
Service Speed
In condition of scantling draft, when main engine power at 100%MCR in ash breeze service speed is about 12.7 Knots

GENERATORS
The Gen Sets on this vessel will be Cummins and they have now been ordered for the vessel.
A Flamox deep well Cargo pump was also chosen and has also now been ordered.
This vessel will also have a Bow Thruster fitted to aid manoeuvring.

Anchoring Equipment
Anchors
The vessel is to be fitted with 3 Speke anchors, two as bow anchors, the other one is for spare, which is located on the forecastle deck, and each anchor is 4050 kg.
Anchor Chains.
According to rules, the vessel is to be fitted with two elect welding anchor chains (model:AM2φ56), One is 9 sets; another other is 10 sets. The total length is 522.5m.
Hawse Pipes
Hawse pipe is made of steel welding structure, which will be covered with cover board at usual times. And there anchor lip at the lower end, lid at the upper end.
Windlasses
The vessel is to be fitted with two single-side hydraulic power combination windlasses (φ56), each windlass has a cable lifter, two reels and a auxiliary reel. Hoisting speed should at least 9m/min,Cope capacity:φ60x1180m,hauling speed: 15m/min. Windlasses are to be driven by the hydraulic pumping station which set up at forecastle.
Anchoring Fittings
Anchoring fittings include: chain cable fairleader, chain stopper, chain pipe, screw type cable releaser, etc, as required by the Rules.
Mooring equipment
Mooring equipments are to be arranged based on requirements of the Regulations and ship-owners.
Mooring equipments arrangement should make sure the operating convenient and ensure the safety of the vessel.
Mooring Ropes
Wire ropes are to be supplied based on requirement of the Regulations:
Tow line:6×24-140 φ41 galvanized wire rope (breaking Strength>738.4kN),200m×l
Mooring line:φ70 polypropylene filament rope (breaking strength 84.4kN),180m×8
Mooring Winches
Two 2*80kN hydraulic driven mooring winch is to be installed on the poop deck, each one with tworeels and double warping end. Reel rope capacity:φ70 ×180mm,hauling speed:15m/min.
Bollards, Fairleads,Leading Rollers
A-type two bollards (φ355, GB/T554-83) and one two bollards (φ560, GB/T554-83)
are to be installed in the suitable location on the forecastle, 2 A-type two bollards
(φ355, GB/T554-83) and 1 two bollards (φ560, GB/T554-83) are to be installed in the
suitable location on the poop deck.6 A-type two bollards (φ355, GB/T554-83) are to be installed in the suitable location on the upper-middle deck .Number and arrangement of fairleads,leading rollers are to be decided according to rules.
Rudder and bow thruster equipment.
Rudder
The vessel is to be fitted with a single rudder, a partly underhung balanced rudder. Rudder blades are to be made of steel welding structure. Area ratio of rudder to profile: 0.0188, rudder area: 17.225m2, balanced ratio 0.25
Steering Gear
The vessel is to be fitted with an electro-hydraulic driven steering gear (reciprocating type) Rated torque of steering gear: 200kN•m, maximum rudder angle ±35°, steering time is not larger than 28s from one board 35°to the other board 30°
BOW THRUSTER
STT170T bow thruster are to be fitted at the fore part ,the diameter of the cylinder is 1000mm power is 315kW。
Lifting apparatus
Store crane
There is an electric stores crane of 0.5t at the stern boat deck (port). Its rotate radius is 5m, a 3t oil-pipe crane are to be set at cargo area rotate radius is 15m

Life Saving Apparatus
The life saving apparatus of this vessel is equipped according to the “99 rules (international)” of
Chinese ship bureau.
Lifeboats
There is an enclosed fire-resistance lifeboats at the poop deck .it is able to carry 22 people and can
lift freely. There is a rescue boat on the starboard of the boat deck (6P). The lifeboats used with 1 single arm turning life rafts rank crane.
Life Rafts
One 6P inflatable life raft is to be located at port of forecastle deck One 25 P inflatable life raft is to be located on starboard &port of life-saving deck, the related apparatus also to be equipped
properly.
Life Buoys,Life Jackets, etc.
The vessel is to be fitted with 10 life buoys, 4 with lights and smog signal, 2 with self-lights , 4
with life-saving ropes, The vessel is to be fitted with 36 life jackets, each crew with a life jacket, and navigation room, central control room, entertainment room, cargo oil pump tank and forecastle, each place fitted with two life jackets, the hospital room with a life jacket .The vessel is to be fitted with 4 portable devices (for shot lines) and 12 parachutes flame signal.
Fire fighting Appliance
This vessel is satisfied the requirement of “99 rules (international)” and CCS “rules and regulations
for the construction and classification for the steel sea-go ship 2006”. The vessel is to be provided with water fire-extinguishing system, CO2 fire-extinguishing system and foam monitors. Engine room and cargo pump room are to be fitted with CO2 fire-extinguishing system, foam monitors are to be used for cargo tank region. Water spray piping system is to be arranged in the cargo tank region to meet the requirements of loading and unloading gasoline and plane kerosene oil.
Equipments are to be effectively earthed to avoid electrostatic fire during design and construction. The fire system sees relevant specification of vessel system and machinery.
